easy way to calculate rate analysis of rcc work

Rate analysis for RCC work is essentially the method used to figure out how much it will cost to build a certain amount of reinforced cement concrete structure. It involves calculating expenses for materials, labor, and other necessary costs involved in the construction process.

volume of rcc = 10m^3

mix ratio = 1:2:4

material rate analysis

Quantity

Total volume = 10m^3

Dry volume = 1.54*10 = 15.4m^3

ratio = 1:2:4

sum of ratio = 1+2+4 = 7

cement volume = (1/7)*15.4 = 2.2m^3

sand volume = (2/7)*15.4 = 4.4m^3

aggregate volume = (4/7)*15.4 = 8.8m^3

Cement quantity = 2.2*(1440/50) = 63.36 ~ 64bags

sand quantity = 4.4*35.32 = 155.4 ~ 156cft

aggregate quantity = 8.8*35.32 = 310.8 ~ 311cft

Rate Assumptions:

cement/bag = ₹ 500

sand/cft = ₹ 12

aggregate/cft = ₹ 15

Amount

cement = 64*500 = ₹ 32000

sand = 156*12 = ₹ 1872

aggregate = 311*15 = ₹ 4665

Add 1.5% water charges of total cost = 67337*0.015 = 1010

Add 10% contractor profit = 67337*0.1 = 6733.7 ~ 6734

Grand Total = 67337+1010+6734 = ₹ 75081

For 10m^3 of rcc work = ₹ 75081

Rate for rcc work will be 75081/10 = ₹ 7508/m^3
